Registration Guideline

 

It is necessary to complete the registration for every participant who wants to attend the Congress. The on-line registration is available through the official website www.fava2018.id

Participants are encouraged to register as early as possible to take advantage of discounted registration fees.

*Upon arriving at the venue, participants should first visit the Registration Desk to obtain their name tag and Congress Kit and access the site.

The name tag includes “the barcode” with each participant’s name and their registration number.
The Registration Barcode will be e-mailed to each participant ahead of departure and participants are advised to bring its copy to the Registration Desk.

The 20th Federation of Asian Veterinary Association Congress (FAVA Congress) & the 18th Indonesian Veterinary Medical Association Congress (IVMA Congress) Organizing Committee is pleased to offer special rates to groups of more than twenty attendees.   • Remittance slip with the registrant’s name and address in addition to the payment details must be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail; registration@fava2018.id or by fax to +62-21-78848462.
  • All bank service charges are to be paid by registrants. Checks will not be accepted. A confirmation letter will be sent to you after we have received your full payment.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via fax or e-mail to the Secretariat.
  • All refunds will be processed in 30 days after the completion of the Congress according to the following:
    • 50% of registration fee will be refunded it the registration is canceled before Augustus 31, 2018.
    • After August 31, 2018 registration fees will not be refunded.
    • If you do not attend the Congress without notice of cancellation, no refund will be given.
    • Alternately, you can appoint someone to replace you before September 1, 2018.

 

Letter of Invitation

  • On request, the Secretariat is pleased to send an invitation for the participation in FAVA CONGRESS, BALI 2018.
  • The invitation letter can be printed online after the applicant’s registration payment has been duly completed.
  • As the document required for the visa approval varies according to the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in each country, you are strongly recommended to check the visa process with your local Embassy in advance.
  • The invitation letters are sent to those only who are registered to attend the Congress and whose payment is verified. Also, we would like to inform applicants that such an invitation is not a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee to provide any financial support, nor is it a guarantee of the acceptance of an abstract, nor a guarantee that the consulate will issue the visa.
